Marching Band ~ Symphonic Band ~ Patriot Percussion
LETTER FROM FCBB PRESIDENT
Greetings from the First Colonial High School Band! As we prepare to launch into our 54th Marching Band season, we would like to ask you to consider being a season sponsor. Our Marching Patriots work incredibly hard to bring musical excellence, excitement, and fun to school events, football games, community parades, and statewide band competitions. Your support would go a long way to ease the financial burdens of our small but mighty band of hard-working staff, students, and parents.
This fall we will perform a challenging and creative show entitled “Wanted: Dead or Alive” by Luke MacMillan, under the direction of our Band Director, Mr. Nicholas Craig. We are expecting a growing number of band members this season under the student leadership of Drum Major, Stephen Raiford, a flute/piccolo player in his Senior year at FCHS.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at several different levels and EVERY tax-deductible gift or gift-in-kind, is deeply appreciated and well-invested into our Marching Band program. Scroll below for additional information on sponsorship opportunities as well as more information about the Marching Band program at First Colonial High School.
Please feel free to contact me at 757-749-1825 or [email protected] with any questions or for more information.
I also invite you to visit our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/FirstColonialBand.
We appreciate your consideration and look forward to the exciting Marching Patriots season ahead.
Sincerely,
Debra Raiford
