SPRING CRAFT SHOW VENDOR INFORMATION

The First Colonial Band Boosters (FCBB) cordially invites you to participate in our
ANNUAL SPRING CRAFT SHOW
Applications are now being accepted.
CRAFT SHOW LOCATION:
First Colonial High School (indoors)
1272 Mill Dam Road
Virginia Beach, VA 23454
SPACE RENTAL:
12’ X 6’ space with 2 chairs
$50 if received or postmarked by March 9, 2024
$60 if received or postmarked AFTER March 9, 2024
TABLE RENTAL:
Vendors may bring their own table(s) OR there are a limited number of 6’ tables to rent on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guarantee of table availability.
$20 - rental price.
ELECTRICITY:
No extra charge, but limited availability.
Vendors must provide extension cord(s).
Note: Requesting electricity will affect where you are placed.
WIFI:
The wifi is spotty in our school. Please plan accordingly if you plan to use credit card payments.
VENDOR SPACES:
Space is available on a first-come basis. Space confirmation and assignments will be made by FCBB.
Spaces cannot be reserved or “claimed”.
If you have special space needs, please include your request on the application and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
No Booth Space reassignments will be done the day of the craft show.
Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond their assigned booth space.

After this date please contact the craft show coordinator to confirm space availability.
REFUNDS:
No refunds after March 9, 2024

Full payment and a completed application reserves your space!

Complete the application and make your payment. There is a small processing fee for online payment through Square.
Payment online is immediately received by FCBB.

NOTE: paying by check is a slower method of payment because of the mail delivery and may delay space assignment.
LUNCH
Vendors may pre-order a lunch that includes 1 bar-b-que sandwich, chips, drink, and a cookie for $5. Please reserve a lunch on the Vendor Application form below. Lunch will be delivered to you between 11am-1pm.
