Symphonic Band

The Symphonic Band is designed to develop basic fundamentals, instrumental technique, and musicianship skills. This band is split into Woodwind Class, Brass Class, & Percussion Class during the school day. Symphonic Band is open to all students by audition or director recommendation. Performances include concerts, performance assessments, and other public events such as parades. Members are strongly encouraged to audition for VBODA All-District Band. After-school rehearsals and performances are required of all students. This is a full year, one credit course.
